Let down by attitude at shop, and inconsistent quality of attar
I bought it 2 times 1st time it was the best , even after 5 hrs people asked me who is using sandalwood, but second time I was asking people do you smell sandalwood it was that bad, other than this owners behaviour was so let down bad , customer is treated as beggers, I felt bad because, sugandhco was staple agarbatti for us since childhood, now we do not use even agarbatti from them.
